Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the RAM modules in their original anti-static packaging or equivalent protective material to prevent electrostatic discharge damage during transit.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our processing center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the component's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
